Johnson Lake is known as one of the clearest lakes in BC, and is known as "The
Caribbean of the North". At 3,800 feet elevation, it is over 5 km's long, and is
approximately 200 feet at its deepest... Johnson Lake is unique among lakes in
BC; water to the lake is supplied by the surrounding underground springs and
winter snow pack.
Kamloops Rainbow Trout from 1 - 2 lbs. are common, with some up to 3 to 5 lbs.
